Bristol Downs Association Football League

11-a-side football has been played on the Downs since the 1880s with the league formed in 1905.

All league and league cup games are played in the same place each Saturday afternoon at 2pm, with the season running from September to April.

Matches are played across 32 pitches on Clifton Down and Durdham Down (the Downs) either side of Stoke Road in Bristol.

Changing rooms for players and referees are located in a building next to the The Downs Cafe and Water Tower (see pin on map above).
